Ordered 20 pieces G95 Lamps top chrome painted, received 7 broken and 5 were paint scratched so they were useless also, the supplier is not using any type of protection while he is shipping glass lamps, is this logic ? , whenever I talk with him about packaging he replies it's not my responsibility if goods arrives broken, then at least use Bubble Foam Packing Bags to protect the lamps from being scratched, even the paint on the glass is so bad, there were a lot of waving lines so the paint was not straight and from the 20 Pieces we could use only 8 PCS, is this logic to pay money for such a product.
Supplier is number one on defending himself and his factory plus he don't admit any mistake happened due to his unprofessional way of managing the operations in his site.
